Description: (August 22, 2017, C.Yang). Add Sidewalk.(August 24, 2017, C.Yang). Add Sidewalk.(August 15, 2017, A.Caldwell). Pedestrian Traffic field set to high for only those sidewalks denoted as High Traffic Areas by Jeff Klochnyk (Sidewalk_Inspection_29Mar2017.pdf); everything else set as NULL. Also, added MJRRDNETWORK "Major Road Network" field as a 1 character string.(September 6, 2017, A.Caldwell). Pedestrian Traffic field recreated as a 1-character String for H, M, L & NULL options. SEGKEY & COMPLEXKEY were recreated as integers from strings; only SEGKEY had any data.(September 7, 2017, A.Caldwell). Using the Sept 6 file - The Major Road Networkds field was re-created as a 1 character string (to match IPS) and then the Length field was switched from Integer to Double to match IPS field type. All of the recreated fields (Sept 6&7) needed to be properly re-ordered back so the Make Query Table tool was run on so that the Python Snipet of that tool could be manually adjusted to re-order the fields and then run in the Python window. A Copy Feature tool was then used to write the corrected file back into the Sidewalk File Geodatabase. Add UNITID values using the new ordered ObjectID field. Remove one record of lenght 0m. Set UNITTYPE to be the IPS Code values instead of the full Descriptions; this is because GeoAdmin defaults to matching to the Code field and the Code field length is too short to handle the full Descriptions.(September 8, 2017, C.Yang). Added segment attribute data and construction dates. The construction dates are still in review, an email was sent to Jeff.(September 19, 2017, C.Yang) Jeff confirmed construction dates. Sidewalk types were edited, based on 2017 orthophoto some sidewalks became MUP.(September 20, 2017, C.Yang) New Green Necklace MUP through Grand Blvd Park is added. (October 2, 2017, C. Yang) Updated construction dates of MUP. Reviewed and added details in the description field. Added bike path along Grand Blvd.(October 3, 2017, C. Yang) As per the meeting help on Octorber 2, all Spirit Trail and Green Necklace Trails will not be included and have STATUS Removed. Shipyard sidewalks are changed to UNITTYPE Curb. All MUPs are removed. (October 24, 2017, C. Yang) Any outstanding sidewalks missing widths were completed along with a two trail segments that were missing a Block_Street value.(October 24, 2017, A. Caldwell) All of the sidewalks in Tempe Heights had the Removed status set back to Null and pushed to IPS so that they will be included in the SW project again.(October 25, 2017, A. Caldwell) Adjust all block stree values to have the numbers by the hundreds (ie 100 instead of 110); added the work "Block" as a prefix. Set all comments for Tempe Heights entities to be "Tempe Heights" from Private Sidewalks.(November 21, 2017, A. Caldwell) Updated the Segment ID for the two sidewalks on the cul de sac beside the road for Block 700 W 3RD. The UNITID field was reordered by sorting based on Existing (and within this by UNITID) and then Removed & Proposed (and within this by UNITID). The [COMPKEY] field was set to NULL, and all Proposed and Removed sidewalks had their [COMPTYPE] set to NULL to ensure they will not unintentionally be added to IPS later. At this point testing in the IPS Yard database was complete so the reordering was in preparation for load into the IPS production database (Note these UNITIDs were again recreated on Nov22).(November 22, 2017, A. Caldwell) On this date all of the sidwalks with Existing [STATUS] were loaded into IPS. Prior to the load, the ArcToolbox SORT tool was used to re-order the [OBJECTID] field based on Descending [STATUS] and Ascending [UNITID]. Next, all sidewalks with a Removed [STATUS] were set as Proposed. Then, the UNITIDs were recreated based on the new [OBJECTID]. Then, the [STATUS] of all existing sidwalks was changed from NULL to Existing since there had been no values actually stating those sidealks were existing up to this point. [COMMENTS] set all blanks to NULL, [MATERIAL_TYPE] set Bricks to Brick, [SIDE_OF_STREET] set w as W, Correct [SEGMENT] value for SWK-1836v0 which had a disposed street associated to it.(November 24, 2017, A. Caldwell) Updated a number of [SEGMENT] values for sidewalks where paving was done. As well, set all [CREATE_SOURCE] values to Null as they had been CONTRB to this point.
